My name is Barbara Cross-Krauz, and I am living the retirement dream in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina! I’ve had many adventures, including a 21+ year stint in the U.S. Navy! I’ve lived all over, north to south on the east coast of the United States. I also spent a few years living in Okinawa, Japan.

Now my main focus has shifted from weathering daily anxiety to exuding inner peace as I embark on this new southern coastal adventure!
